We provide free or discounted health and wellbeing services to support you to take care of your body, mind and emotions. We provide a safe, welcoming place for all women. Our vision is an empowered community which values and supports the health and wellbeing of all women and their families.

Who can use your services?

Our services are open to women, female‑identifying people and carers living in Bankstown and nearby suburbs. Some programs have eligibility criteria—call us to check.

Yes. Our staff follow strict privacy rules. If safety concerns arise (for you or someone else), we will explain how we must respond.
