This service is available to women who live or work in the Bankstown Canterbury Local Government Area. Case Management is suitable if you are seeking longer-term or more coordinated support rather than one-off referrals or general information.

How Case Management Works

Initial Contact & Assessment
We talk with you about your situation, needs, and priorities.

Goal Setting & Planning
Together we identify goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you.

Coordination & Support
We help connect you with internal and external services, including:

Counselling & psychological support

Legal, housing, financial or health referrals

Education and training pathways

Community support organisations

Review & Ongoing Support
We check in regularly to reflect on progress and adjust plans as needed.

Your privacy and wellbeing are central to everything we do. Case Management is conducted in a safe and confidential space. Information you share is treated with respect and only released with your consent, unless there are serious safety concerns or legal requirements.
