Case Work

If you need practical assistance, we can offer a safe, trustworthy relationship with a professional case worker. Our case workers specialise in supporting women who are experiencing domestic and family violence.

We offer FREE confidential support with a variety of issues including:

  • Advocacy
  • Apprehended Violence Orders (AVOs)
  • Housing and welfare
  • Court & legal issues
  • Immigration and visa right
  • Assistance with financial management
  • Information, links and referrals to other relevant services

What is case management?

Case management is a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and services required to meet your health and human service needs. Case management is characterised by advocacy, communication, and resource management and promotes quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes.
