Bankstown Women’s Health Centre is 1 of 22 Women’s Health centre across the State of NSW. Bankstown Women’s Health Centre is funded by south western Sydney local area health district, Department of communities and Justice, and various small grants
BWHC offer services predominately to the women who live and reside or work or study in the Canterbury Bankstown Local Government area. BWHC provide services including Counselling, Case Management, Dietetics, Women’s, Legal aid clinic, health promotion, education, group’s, activities, programs, self-help and consumer advocacy services .
Our services are free. The Centre is a Women’s only safe space and provide an environment conducive to support a Women’s Health and Wellbeing. Groups and activities include Craft and social groups, Healthy lifestyle groups, Active women exercise group, Leadership programs, volunteer programs, and food share for the community.
